Rental Policies

Driver’s License and Age Policies

  • All drivers must have a valid Singapore Class 3 Driver’s License and must be above 18 years of age. For foreigner drivers, you must also have a valid International Driver’s License and a valid passport.

Company’s Rental Agreement

  • All customers should visit our office located at Blk 298 Tampines St 22 Singapore 520298 to fill-up the rental agreement.

Rentals Availability

  • All car rentals are subject to availability. If ever a booking deposit has been placed and the vehicle is not available at the time of collection, the hirer shall be assigned with another vehicle of similar capacity and description until the reserved vehicle is available.

Mode of Payment

  • All car rental rates are in Singapore currency. Full amount must be payable upon collection of vehicle by cash.

Deposit

  • In booking or reservations, we required a booking deposit and this will be refunded to the hirer upon the return of the vehicle.
  • In case which an extra charge is required for the car rental ,this is will deducted from the booking deposit and the balance will be refunded by the return of the vehicle.

Booking Cancellation

  • In case that a hirer will decide to cancel a car reservation by which booking deposit has already been placed, the company is not liable with the refund on the deposited amount. We strictly implemented that there should be no refund after booking deposit.

Vehicle Late Return

  • We have a policy that every late per hour in returning the vehicle will be charge $5 for cars below 1600 cc and $ 15 dollars for car above 1600 cc with minimum of 4 hours only. Beyond 4 hours, the hirer should pay the rental for a whole day rate.

Belongings

  • All belongings left by the hirer in the cars will be discarded.

Traffic Violations

  • The hirer should be the one responsible with regards to all traffic violations and legal offenses during the rental of any vehicle.

Additional Driver

  • If ever the hirer will need an additional driver, we will have an extra charge of $5 SGD up to $200 SGD per day depends on the hirer demand.

Penalties

  • If ever the hirer drives car to Malaysia or any places beyond the agreement without proper consent from the rental service company , the hirer should pay a penalty worth $450.

GPS Rental

  • GPS Satellite Navigation is available for rental at $5 SGD up to $140 SGD per day.

Vehicle Insurance

  • All our vehicles are insured under Third party Insurance, so hirer should pay the excess amount in case of an accident during the rental of the vehicle. In case where the hirer needs to claim the 3rd party insurance, he/she still have to pay the excess amount before payout from the insurance.

New Driver

  • We will charge $5 SGD up to $200 SGD per day for new drivers under 1 year experience.

Reservation Date and Time Changes

  • Once a reservation is already confirmed, you are only allowed to change the date and time within 24 hours. Beyond 24 hours, we will not entertain anymore any changes

Bookings

  • Car rental reservations are only confirmed after booking deposit is made. WE strictly first come first serve basis. We don’ t reserved or hold any vehicle for any valid reasons.

Malaysia Usage

  • All vehicles are strictly for local use only. If the hirer need to travel to Malaysia, he/she will need to rent a medium sized vehicle 1.5 L and should have a proper consent from the rental service company. We have a surcharge of $45 dollars per day.
